What People are Saying About Lessons with Austin Arts Academy

Celebrating Important Studio Moments

We can tell you over and over again that we change how you learn Music, Art, & Dance…but it’s more fun to hear it from other people!

We appreciate when we receive feedback from our studio family and we truly feel it’s important to celebrate special moments here at our studio, including:

  • Teacher-student connections

  • New teachers joining our team of amazing teachers at Austin Arts Academy

Teacher-Student Connections at Austin Arts Academy

Rebekah Trevelise, the founder and owner of Austin Arts Academy, recently received a touching message from a member of our studio family regarding her son’s piano lessons. Here is what Ekta Chatterjee had to share:

“I just wanted to let you know how amazing Ramon is. He is so skilled at what he does, and Avi really looks forward to his lesson every week. I feel like Ramon has brought out Avi’s love for music even more. Avi actually wants to practice and improve all on his own, without us prompting him. They also have a great relationship, which I love witnessing!!

Avi is currently learning Coldplay’s Fix You right now for the Spring recital. It was one of my late Dad’s favorite song, and it makes me emotional and HAPPY every time I hear him play!”

Welcome New Teachers to Austin Arts Academy!

Ramon Cisneros is one of our newer Music teachers, among a few others that we have hired in the last few months.

We've also recently welcomed Knoelle Billingsley and Chelsea Sy to the team of Art teachers, and Laura Michie joined our Music teachers, sharing her violin, viola and ukulele talents with our students.

You can get to know more of our teachers by clicking here and also by reading a few of the Teacher Features we have published on the blog.

We celebrate all of our teachers at Austin Arts Academy and welcome you to continue sharing the amazing moments your children experience with them.

Do you know any teachers that are tired of the old paradigm and lesson structures that are rigid and boring? Encourage them to become a teacher at Austin Arts Academy and help us change how students learn Music, Art, & Dance.

Teacher-Student Connection

Lindsey Shaw also shared with us that…

“Jordan is so happy taking lessons with his teacher- she is AMAZING!!! He really connects with her as a teacher - she gets him. I personally thought that his wanting to restart piano was going to be fleeting- a summer activity that he would get bored of but he LOVES it- I’ve noticed it’s almost become his stress relief- whenever he gets upset or is stressed out he goes to the piano and practices. I never have to ask him to practice! Thank you again for instilling such a love and appreciation of music in my kid!”
