At Austin Arts Academy

  • Have fun and engaging personalities

    Passionately desire to teach

    Demonstrate 5+ years of experience knowledge & skills of instrument(s)

    Are reliable, punctual with an attention to detail, and organized

    Are comfortable being around young children and various age ranges of students

    Work at the students' natural pace, ensuring they are supported along the way

    Have 2 days available to teach

    Must pass a background check

    Successfully complete the requirements detailed in our onboarding process once hired.
    Remain open to company culture and policy as we grow and expand.

  • Are educated in music/art/dance -or- currently working toward a degree/certificate

    Would like to work 3-5 days/week in students' homes

    LOVE to teach all ages and abilities, ages 4 to adult

    Are Able to use technology effectively during lessons

    Remain Flexible and creative with each unique student

    Have experience teaching multiple instruments

  • Teaching! You choose what your schedule is and when it works to schedule the students we have available

    Access to teaching resources and a library of music books, art supplies, and studio space

    Freedom from administration tasks such as billing and reminder emails and more

    Opportunities to teach private lessons and group classes that we schedule and market for you

    Two in-Person or virtual recital options per year
